About the scholarship
This early acceptance scholarship is awarded to talented international students from the ASEAN region who intend to pursue a coursework degree at Macquarie University, offsetting approximately 25% of their annual tuition fees. Among one of the most generous in Australia, this scholarship is valued at AUD $10,000 per year for the duration of your Bachelor's or Master's coursework degree (AUD $5,000 will be credited each session).
This scholarship is valid for the full duration of the course.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates) and meet the following criteria (Please note: The annual number of scholarship recipients may vary according to the availability of funding and the number of eligible candidates and will only be confirmed when an offer letter is made) :
- Be a citizen of countries from the ASEAN region.
- Accept your Letter of Offer and pay the commencement fee by the Acceptance Deadline.
- Must not be a recipient of a government sponsorship or scholarship that covers full tuition fees, unless approved by Macquarie University Scholarship Team.
