 COMPANY INTRODUCTION

SECOMM, established in 2014, specializes in ecommerce system development utilizing platforms like Magento, Shopify Plus, and more. We have successfully implemented complex ecommerce systems for clients worldwide, including Australia, Singapore, the US, Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam. We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our inbound, outbound marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Senior Marketing Executive

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to target potential clients.

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as blogs, ebooks, SEO, email, events, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Generate and qualify new leads.

  • Support for other members of  Business Department and Technical Department to close deals and ensure project success.

 REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B.

  • Knowledge of ecommerce or technology software is highly advantageous.

  • Proficient in English, especially in written communication.

  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.

  • Ability to leverage AI tools in daily tasks.

Account Manager

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Search and approach new potential partners/customers through channels such as social networks, email, telephone, networking, events, conferences.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners/customers who need to build e-commerce systems (website, mobile app) and IT Outsourcing.

  • Deploying e-commerce and IT Outsourcing software services including consulting, quoting, selling, negotiating, and signing contracts.

  • Carry out necessary documents and procedures to establish official relationships with partners and customers.

  • Monitor and ensure service delivery progress for partners/customers and functional departments according to the correct process.

  • Monitor and prepare periodic business reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Propose business plans for each project and customer

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Other tasks as directed by line manager and BOD.

 REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate majoring in business, economics, foreign affairs, marketing or related majors.

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development

  • At least 1 year of experience in technology software or related to e-commerce

  • Experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, F&B is a big priority

  • Quick, proactive, persistent. Responsible for work, passionate about business.

  • Good communication skills; good negotiation and persuasion skills; searching, analyzing, synthesizing skills. Careful, detailed, meticulous.

  • Good-looking appearance, standard voice.

  • Fluent English is a priority.

 BENEFITS
