Job Description Icon MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct thorough reviews of projects to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·       Review, revise, and manage various contracts for the company.

·       Coordinate with Accounting for record and legalization.

·       Prepare contracts/MOU/NDA templates for the Company.

·       Join in cooperative events to enhance partnerships and promote company\'s brand.

·       Build and manage e-commerce channels for the company\'s stores.

·       Report to the Director and perform various administrative tasks.

·       Liaise with internal departments, manage the director\'s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and send reminders to related parties.

·       Prepare facilities, documents, or presentations for scheduled events, and translate documents as needed

·       Assist in taking notes during meetings, attend customer meetings, and participate in events if required.

·       Assist the manager in any other tasks as assigned..

Yêu cầu IconYÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:

·       Fluent in English;

·       Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage;

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, or a related field;

·       Proven experience in legal roles, preferably within a corporate environment;

·       Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation;

·       Familiarity with ISO and FSC standards is a plus;

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills;

·       Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
