MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Support the Legal team to conduct legal research, update and alert on legal changes in relevant legal regulations;
- Draft, submit and monitor contracts, legal documents and registration documents to relevant authorities to apply for necessary licenses as directed;
- Support drafting and reviewing simple contracts and legal documents arising from the company\'s operation;
- Support in arranging and storing related records and documents;
- Some other tasks upon request.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Law or related fields;
- Proficiency in English skill;
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Internet;
- Good communication skills;
- Detail oriented mindset and able to multi-task;
- Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
- Having legal experience is an advantage;
- Diligent and careful at work.
