MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:I. AP:
· Review vendor/employee code creation
· Check weekly payment and bank book
· Approve on Concur
· Check bank balance, GL balance at the month end.
· Check & send monthly advance confirmation with employee and cash balance confirmation with FBP.
· Prepare VAT monthly for TVL, quarterly for TGLV, WHT incur.
· Filling documents
· Monthly/Quarterly closing process for reporting (include relevant BS reconcile)
II. AR/Treasury:
· Input Invoices in SAP and VNPT before issuing
· Monthly update report ending bank balance to Treasury Team
III. OTHERS:
· Billing for Inter-Co transaction timely & correctly.
· Correct and sufficient documents storing of: Output invoice
· Other ad-hoc tasks
