OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

- Assist the Operations Manager in recording and updating monthly accounting in relevant files.
- Monitor supplier invoices and assist the Operations Manager in ensuring timely payment updates.
- Track employee attendance and update attendance records.
Project management tasks
- Synthesize and manage all relevant documents for each client and project
- Follow the standards set by the Operations Manager to recruit respondents based on the scope of work:
- Finding the respondents: Search for suitable respondents through databases, social media, or other channels.
- Contact potential respondents via phone or email to introduce the project and confirm their availability.
- Schedule respondents for interviews or sessions based on project requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate project details, guidelines, and expectations with respondents.
- Ensure respondents understand and comply with project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist completing and sending tax notices to respondents by the first quarter of each year, and provide additional documents as requested by respondents.
- Recheck result of agency when they do the service on project for company.
- Make payments to research respondents accurately and timely
- Update the respondent management and client management systems
- Booking airline tickets and hotel rooms for employees during project implementation
- Assistance with taking notes and listening to recordings of interviews and meetings
- QC the repondant’s result.
Operational tasks
- Support to build new SOP and updated written SOP
- Organise and manage documents
- Assist with the recruitment new employees
- Assist in the organization of company events.
- Manage the company\'s employees\' use of products, services, and equipment
- Manage office equipment and advise on when it needs to be repaired or replaced
- Timely management and replenishment of stationery
- Keep the office neat and clean. Remind employees to keep the office neat and clean
- Other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager

- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Bachelors or higher degree • Effective and professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency – particularly Excel
