- Support recruitment activities including posting job vacancies and monitoring CV volume, interacting on recruitment platforms
- Summarize CV, make a candidate assessment file and send it to Recruitment Supervisor
- Telephone interviewing, job fair preparation, on-boarding materials base on Recruitment Supervisor directions
- Collect information for report through direct and indirect interview/ survey/ physical forms
- Responsible for managing Contracts and Employee Records, monitoring status and complete all the necessary document
- In charge of monthly timekeeping for all employees in store
- In charge other Administration tasks including mailing, equipment inventory, payment, requests, stationery…
- Manage and plan monthly contents and ideas for communication on owned media (Fanpage, LinkedIn…) for different target audiences.
- Being able to create, design banner, poster, social post, backdrop for activities/events via Photoshop/Canva/Adobe Illustrator
- Measure and drive reach, engagement, interaction, viewer and make monthly reports for the activity.
- Plan, implement and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs
- Communication Activities on Owned Media - (Fanpage, LinkedIn, Tiktok)
- Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company.
- Other tasks & reports following manager’s request
