MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Support the HR Department with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems.
- Scan HR-related documents then file in appropriate folder
- Enter data into HR software.
- Support HR Department in C&B processes: SHUI, Healthcare insurance…
- Support on expense claim & vendor code, contract portal process for payment…
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Team Leaders.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- 3rd or 4th-year university students who are available to work full-time in 6 months
- Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- Careful, detail oriented, well organize
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Efficiency level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- English communication
