MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:Import Operations:
• Receive and process shipment pre-advice from overseas agents.
• Arrange trucking and warehouse services.
• Track shipments and confirm arrivals.
• Prepare and distribute documents, calculate charges, and issue invoices.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipments and payments.
• Ensure payment is received before releasing delivery orders.
• Update the system with charges and shipment details.
Export Operations:
• Handle export shipments following company procedures.
• Receive and process bookings from customers.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and local sales teams.
• Arrange trucking and warehouse services if needed.
• Monitor shipment departures and arrivals.
• Prepare and issue shipping documents (HBL, MBL).
• Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers.
• Maintain customer communication and assist with inquiries.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- 3rd/4th year students or Freshers with major of International Trade, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English
- Basic computer skill, good Microsoft office skill
- Hardworking, result-driven and proactive in work
- Can work at least 6 months from April 2025
