MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Process Activation Forms with Ecommerce, Trade, Sales Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Follow up with the Customer Service team to send Order Forms to customers.
- Track gift volumes and daily inventory levels at customer warehouses.
- Verify prices and content on ecommerce platforms and during livestreams.
- Collect stock information and assist in releasing and tracking purchase orders.
- Help create shipping and payment codes for new customers.
- Review and manage contracts and payment requests.
- Send samples to influencers and provide information for new product listings.
- Collect data for new product launches and prepare ecommerce reports.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Business or Ecommerce.
- Be able to work at least 4 days per week: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm).
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and ability to adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Good attention to detail.
