MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:Performance Management
- Category performance management through annual business planning, monthly forecast, define and monitor key performances KPI from both category and channel perspectives
- Partner with across functional finance and operation team to identify business risks and opportunities and drive profitable growth of total Deodorant business
- Budget management including scheme approval, monthly closing & actual variance explanation
Finance Business Partnering
- Support and challenge business decisions including promotion/brand and marketing investment in order to achieve a superior sustainable financial performance
- Independently provide financial information and analysis in a timely fashion with actionable recommendations for finance and business management
- Develop business cases to launch new products and business models
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:Qualifications
- University Degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese, as well as stakeholder management.
- Open mindset, growth mindset, and positive mindset.
