MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Job purpose: Make the proper planning of Spare parts & accessories with the team
- Support daily procurement requirements such as planning, scheduling, etc.
- Keep tracking on purchase orders deliveries and promptly inform the suppliers and get the deliveries on time
- Support to negotiate with suppliers to define the supply quantity and request delivery date before inserting order.
- Maintain the master data for spare parts/accessories in SAP (Country of origin, Vietnamese description, Leadtime....)
- Receive the customers\' orders and communicate with supplier to push the delivery, to minimize the back order
- Support to make planning forecast for Spare parts, accessories to match with customers\' demand and catch the budget\'s stock
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- 3 rd/ 4th year students or graduates majoring in Logistics, Business Management, International Trading, etc.
- Commit to a minimum 6-month full-time internship
- Knowledge about import/ export procedure, supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, etc.
- Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- Work in Vĩnh Phúc Factory (bus for employee from Hanoi)
