II. Responsibilities: Each LDP staff will handle job based on your main major and interest in 01 of 06 functions as below:
1/ Production Material Control (PMC): This position is responsible for maintain/develop Supply Chain Operation (Production planning, Material control, Warehouse management) and well internal/external communicate to ensure operation smoothly and achieve KPIs. Simultaneously, optimize operation cost and lean supply chain via CI program (Continuous Improvement)
2/ Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME): Under minimal direction, the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - Motor (AME MT) LDP serves as a liaison between New Product Development (NPD) and Operations. The AME MT is responsible to lead the manufacturing implementation of NPD processes to support product strategy and product roadmap. This position facilitates the Project Management initiatives with NPD and MFG teams to successfully launch quality new products, on time and on budget. This role is a fundamental part of our Manufacturing engineering team located in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven project experience, as well as someone who exhibits the drive for continuous improvement
3/ Preventive Maintenance (PM): The PM LDP is responsible to maintain good machines condition & operation efficiency; coordinate with Production/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team. He/she is in charge in some Improvement projects which enhance Maintenance system.
4/Operation Project Management (OPM):The Leadership Development Program (LDP) for the Operation Project Management (OPM) team is a comprehensive rotational program designed to develop future leaders in operation project management. This role provides exposure to various facets of the project management, operations, and leadership within the organization. The LDP Associate will gain hands-on experience in managing projects, driving process improvements, and leading cross functional teams, while developing the skills necessary to take on leadership roles within the OPM team
5/ Supply Chain Development: The SCD role is to develop the supply base by identifying, expanding, and transferring vendors into TTI VN vendor pool. You will learn to analyze vendor cost structure to negotiate terms, unit price, rebates, etc (TTI KPI), as well manage vendor relations as it pertains to TTI goals. This role is global, with management and leadership mainly ex-pats. - Analyze and understand market cost of goods and services to effectively negotiate cost. - Develop and manage supplier relationships to leverage TTI KPI's. - Work cross functionally in TTI to localize and strengthen TTI supply base in Viet Nam.
6/Treasury: To align with Group Treasury requirements and maintain a robust operation in Viet Nam, this position will put an effort to support the accounting, HR and share function teams to acquire the best results and ensure the whole process will be aligned with Group policies. This position is an important element of the Treasury team in Vietnam, where you will be responsible for proving and maintaining cash flow adequacy, banking administration. We are also looking for a proactive person who is keen to learn and adapt, good collaboration as well as a positive attitude.
III. Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
- Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or related majors; Automation/Robotics; Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management
- Supply Chain Development: Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or related field
- Finance & Banking (Treasury): Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Finance or related field
- GPA minimum of 2.7/4 or 7/10
- Good English communication skills (IELST 6.0 or equivalent)
- Good analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn quickly, manage pressure and change
- Project management experience is a big plus.
- Software: Solidwork/ AutoCAD/ NX/ PLC,…) for Engineering Team
