Employer Branding Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam (CCBV) is looking for a creative and energetic Employer Branding (EB) Intern to join our People team. In this role, you will contribute to elevating CCBV’s employer brand attractiveness, amplifying our brand voice to a wider audience, and attracting potential candidates - while also engaging internal employees through diverse communication channels and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Contribute to our EB growth through social media channels (FB, LinkedIn, etc) - 40%
- Directly work on designs aligned with corporate brand guidelines while incorporating creative illustration in diverse media formats (Still image, GIF, Short-form Video, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Co-develop compelling copywriting and storytelling content that supports targeted EB objectives and talent attraction purposes.
- Participate in specific campaigns/initiatives to amplify brand presence, increase the audience engagement and drive follower growth.
- Leverage digital/innovative tools to enhance operational excellence, maximize the content reach and quickly adapt with the social trends
- Analyze performance metrics on a regular basis across social media platforms for better audience insights and evolved solutions.
(2) Support the mass branding campaign for the Young Talent Programs (Such as Internship, Functional Trainee, and Management Trainee programs) - 30%
- Contribute to the development of creative assets and engagement activities targeting youth communities.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) plan, ensuring strong outreach across various touchpoints to attract young talents.
- Support organizing branding activations including career fairs, online/offline events, university partnerships, and more (as applicable).
- Coordinate campaign operations during the recruitment journey.
(3) Assist in crafting impactful internal communications & enhancing our EVP influence – 20%
- Convey EB’s stories to compelling internal email communications through diverse format settings
- Strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) embodiment across employee’s life cycle
- Support initiatives that turn employees into brand advocates and workplace’s content co-creators.
(4) Others – 10%
- Support to ensure proper, consistent and most updated EB visibility across all touch points
- Manage creative assets, branding materials, sources of templates, photos/videos, etc.
- Contribute to other HR Projects if any
- Other related tasks assigned by the Talent & Development team

(1) Mandatory requirements
- Final-year student with passion and strengths in design, branding & communications.
- Letter of Recommendation for Internship is a must
- Available for near full-time work (Mon–Fri, with up to 2 shifts off per week for school if needed).
- Working Location: 485 Xa lo Ha Noi, Thu Duc, HCMC (company\'s shuttle bus provided)
(2) Functional requirements
- Strong visual design skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video-editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media management and content planning.
- Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proactive, energetic, and trend-savvy – especially with Gen Z culture.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
