MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:About the job
We are looking for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT INTERN to assist Recruitment Consultant team in recruitment process and achieve our business goals.
- Working under a recruitment team to perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews.
- Formating CVs of candidates before sending to freeC\'s clients.
- Headhunting.
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
- Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:Job Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates.
- Confident in communication (Vietnamese & English).
- Have a passion for HR/ External Recruitment.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and sociable.
