The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS-VN) operates three programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS-VN) consists of:
1. The Canadian International School (CIS) serving Kindergarten – Grade 12 students where the Ontario curriculum is taught. The IB Diploma Program is also offered to students in Grades 11 & 12.
2. The Canadian International School - Bilingual Program (BCIS) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, from kindergarten to Grade 12 and the ESL program which is tailored to meet the needs for English language fluency. BCIS also offers students with 2 pathways in secondary (from Grade 9 to Grade 12): MOET high school diploma or IGCSE for A Levels.
3. The Albert Einstein School (AES) now offers education from Early Years (3 years) to Grade 12 (18 years). The program will be the Vietnamese curriculum from Early Years to the National Diploma and provide an international pathway from Grade 11 studying the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE Australia).
4. Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK): CVK’s philosophy encourage young students to be curious, capable and active citizens on a journey where the seeds are planted for a lifetime love of learning

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Coordinate current school competition projects, including international or national academic competitions.
- Provide support for teachers and students during the competition process.
- Follow up the projects’ timelines and provide timely reports.
School Events and Clubs’ Activities (referred to as experiential projects):
- Plan timelines, budgets, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Organize or coordinate School events and clubs catering to student’s interests and talents.
- Follow up the projects’ timelines and provide timely reports.
- Evaluate the successes of projects and provide timely reports.
Others: Perform other assigned tasks such as translation, design or operations.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- A Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Languages, Music, Arts or Graphic Design.
- Proven experience in organizing extracurricular activities and school events.
- Fluent English.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
