1. Main tasks
- Hotel Contract Uploading: Verify and upload hotel contracts, supplements, promotions, and other related documents into the KOOB system, ensuring their accuracy.
- Contract and Promotion Updates: Update and upload new or revised contracts and promotions as received from the Contracting team.
- Product Uploading (Programs, Activities, Transfers, Extras): Review and upload product files into the KOOB Solution, including all necessary details such as descriptions, itineraries, options, supplements, prices, images, and locations.
- Mastering KOOB Functionalities: Learn and become proficient in various KOOB solution functionalities, including contract management, hotel sheets, promotions, supplements, conditions, and allotment.
- Progress Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to management in meetings.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as Contracting Managers, hotels, and other partners, as needed.
- System Improvement Suggestions: Identify and suggest potential improvements to the KOOB Solution.
2. Other tasks
- Handling if requested by the management, other tasks that are not included in this job description. These extra missions may evolve in the future, according to the developments of the solution (KOOB Hotel, KOOB Marketplaces, KOOB Trip Designer) and the punctual business growth

- Fluent in English language
- Have solid understanding of data analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: detail-oriented, pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
2. Education
- University: Bachelor’s in Foreign Language, Information Technology or other related majors
