General responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoices received from vendors and suppliers. This role involves verifying invoices for missing information, validating the details, and processing the invoices in the system.
Main Tasks:
- Invoice verification & processing:
- Verify each invoice to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required elements, such as vendor details, tax rate, invoice number, etc.
- Post the invoices to the system in line with Company guidelines.
- Actively follow up unresolved cases and timely report to team leader regarding open points in invoice processing workflow.
- Stay updated with any changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices related to invoice processing.

- Diploma in Finance & Accounting
- Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in invoice processing or accounts payable operations.
- Basic English skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles/financial reporting/commercial knowledge
- Ability in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of invoices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Receptionist:
- Perform reception work (guest welcoming, courier, call operator) and support clerical works if required
- Control the number of guests, freelancers, internship and contractors in/out, and make sure visitors follow the guest guidelines when staying in the office
- Operate travel service (booking air tickets, accommodation and transportation arrangement, visa in for guests, etc.)
- Monitor office services such as pantry, office stationeries, consumables, office greenery, office facilities and make payment requests
- Follow up the Office Fix Asset List
- Support the yearly events such as team-building; year-end party, in-house training courses
Personal Assistant to CEO:
- Organize all arrangements for CEO’s travelling such as flight booking, visa, car arrangement, hotel
- Coordinate and prioritize the workflow and manage calendar of the CEO as appropriate
- Provide daily administrative and logistics to the CEO
- Coordinate and organize conference calls and meetings and follow up with action items.

- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Foreign Languages/Economics)
- Proficient in written and spoken English (intermediate, upper-intermediate preferred)
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, internet: searching)
- Good team work
- Familiar with designing tools is an advantage
- Active, attention to details mindset
