MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
Investment team supports commercial and residential developers, investors, and occupiers of properties in Vietnam. Advisory services include financing, acquisition, and disposal of properties.
INTERNS\' DUTIES:
- Prepare marketing materials: investment flyers, teasers, and memoranda.
- Regularly updating the database through email, cold calls, in-person-contact.
- Assist the team revising brokerage contracts or cooperation agreements.
- Arrange meetings, or site inspections, between vendor and purchaser.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates who are dynamic, confident, sociable, and driven.
- Interested and keen to know more about real estate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to intern fulltime (4-6 months)
Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
Working time: Monday to Friday.
