The purpose of this position is to be responsible for on-site operation at Land Hub to ensure in the delivery best-of-class service to external customer. This candidate must have knowledge and experience for warehouse operation including Inbound, Outbound, sorting, VAS. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This candidate must be a team player to ensure good working cooperation between the different Business units locally
On site Operations
· Receiving daily orders from Customer Service and plan schedule for at site operation.
- Trigger and update all required data into system timely and correctly.
- Support CS to do plan and order for Hub operations to Manpower vendor
- Supervise and ensure outsourced Team to do Hub operations including Inbound, outbound accuracy and correctly.
- Ensure and support outsourced Team to do sorting at Hub as per instructions and requirements from Customer.
- Corporate with trucking and control tower team to make sure truck arrive to dock on-time, meet all the security requirements before departing.
- Collect documents from drivers and handover to CS team.
HSSE
· Ensure HSSE guidance is followed by subcontractor and outsourced team
· Ensure 5S is applied at Hub
· Understand the HSSE policy of the company
· Follow the HSSE policy of the company
· Report near misses to Manager / Supervisor
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:· Good English communication skills (listening,speaking, reading, writing) is a prefer.
· Excel, word computer skills.
· Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders
· Fresher / under two years in warehouse operation is referred
· Good communication in English
· Good on-site Operation Management Skills
