MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:Your key tasks will be:
-
Maintain & optimize candidate database on a daily basis by direct contact with candidates who sign up on Getlinks’ platform (normally through phone calls).
-
Support candidates with profile completion.
-
Identify candidates’ expectations on their job search & career expectation.
-
Support your seniors on candidates search for active jobs, either internal roles or clients’ roles.
-
Candidate sourcing on external resources.
-
Shortlist candidates for jobs.
-
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your seniors.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:What makes you an ideal candidate:
-
You are a 3rd- or 4th-year student who is looking for an end-of-study internship, or a fresh graduate who is looking for your first professional experience;
-
You have a strong interest in headhunting / recruitment (yes, recruitment - not C&B, not training & development) and sales;
-
You have a curiosity & a strong will to learn;
-
You possess strong verbal & written communication skills in order to be efficient in your interaction with our candidates at different seniority levels;
-
You are proficient in English, in order to coordinate with other recruitment teams or leaders in the region;
-
You are self-motivated, pro-active, and willing to develop in a start-up environment with high flexibility and without close supervision.
