MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:-
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Assist in building a strong candidate pipeline for various functions.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Participate in career fairs, campus events, and other talent outreach initiatives.

Contribute ideas and content to promote our employer brand on social media platforms

Assist in the execution of employer branding campaigns.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:-
Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Passionate about people, branding, and storytelling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.

Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
