MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:- Take lead in designing employee site where all essential HR policies and documents are vividly stored
- Host frequent \"happy hours\" events & take part in a major anniversary project that boost engagement at scale
- Ideate new engagement activities that promote a workplace culture like no other
Internal Communication
- In charge of internal communication posts & channels

- Arrange calls and interviews with potential candidates
- Ensure smooth & enjoyable candidates\' experiences
- Facilitate in cultivating our Employer Brand
