Sales Trainee Full-time

- Support Sales team on sales events
- Using eTool, preparing documents to submit to provinces\' DOH.
- Work with agency to follow results, logistics & follow-up actions, document E&C, and record actual costs.
- Confirm accounts receivable with Transviet.
- Support sales activities (logistics, administrative, facilities & follow-up actions) such as internal events, send/receive mail & parcels for the Sales team.

- Work closely with Medical Managers & Medical Head to develop detailed event plans for key brands, including local symposiums & congresses, overseas congresses, expert meetings & activations.
- Prepare and submit for approval the required documents for event logistics, speaker profiles, CAFs, sponsorship-speaker contracts, and create all required e-docs for the approval of marketing events/activations.
- Collect feedback about events and report to the marketing team to understand participants\' perceptions.
- Conduct post-event evaluation, liquidation, and payment follow-up.
- Follow and update plans and budgets every month.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the Medical Head as requested.
- Prepare meetings, coordinate cross-functional meetings, participate in team meetings, and take minutes.

- 4th or 5th year student in the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, or Pharmacy Faculty of other universities, not yet graduated.
- Fluency in English, both writing and speaking.
