- Assist in managing communication between internal teams and the agency to follow on project timeline and task list.
- Assist in tracking project progress, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and providing regular updates to the project leads.
- Support research on market trends and competitor activities.
- Set up meetings between various departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project goals. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, distributing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
- Support social outreach activities of key campaigns by assisting in the coordination with agency from planning to execution monitoring to deliver project on time in full.

- Gain practical experience in project management within a rapid corporate environment, focusing on social outreach implementation and comprehensive marketing project execution.
