Founded in 2004, NORBREEZE GROUP is an Asian watch and jewelry brand and retail specialist. The Group is owned and operated by Danish duo Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg. The couple established the company to brand, distribute, market and build international accessible luxury brands that share a similar design philosophy of timeless allure and consistent pursuit of functionalism and quality.
The NORBREEZE GROUP entered Vietnam in 2016 and is operating under the name of NORBREEZE COLLECTIVE ASIA as the exclusive distributor for Pandora in the Indochina Region.
NORBREEZE COLLECTIVE ASIA is led by Mr Nam Huynh – CEO and our head quarters is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From here we are settling the foundation to develop our business for Pandora accross the Indochina Region including: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:Responsibilities
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
- Assist in sourcing candidates.
- Support tasks related to paperwork.
- Being able to create, design poster, social post, standee for activities/events via Photoshop/Canva/Adobe Illustrator
- Measure and drive reach, engagement, interaction, viewer and make monthly reports for the activity.
- Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company.
- Plan, implement and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, foreign languages, marketing, or related majors,...
- Excellent in English written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication, planning ideas/ concepts, writing & presentation skill.
- Can use design tools: Ai, Canva, Ps …
- Be well-organized, creative, dynamic and self–initiative.
- Years of experience: Not required.
