Social Media Marketing Intern - Part-time

1. Create brand identity (font, color, size, style) for @ef.vietnam
2. Daily social media content production and management activities
- Brainstorm content idea
- Propose content strategy to promote travel to EF destinations (UK, US, Australia, NZ, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, etc.)
- Produce approved content in the forms of feed, carousel, interactive story, reels, and live Instagram
- Produce copywriting for caption
- Continuous improvement based on content analytics
- Receive min. 3 messages/day and respond to messages/comments accordingly
3. Alumni relationship building
- Contact ex-students to acquire information on their travel experience with EF (video interview, phone call, texting)
- Translate their experience to testimonial content
- Produce content to bitesize form
4. KOL relationship building
- Research potential KOL to promote language products
- Produce EF language product deck
- Produce ToR and budget proposal for each KOL for approval
- Monitor partnership until all tasks are completed
- Acquire content analytics information D+30 partnership
5. Relationship building and engagement with other EF accounts

- University student year 3 or above (negotiable based on experience)
- Majoring in communications, international relations, business, digital marketing
- Able to work 20 hours/week
- Available to WFO 3 days/week
