1. Key Task 1: Support general activities of the team:

• Convert Purchase Requests (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and send them to suppliers for order confirmation.
• Monitor delivery progress and remind suppliers to meet commitments.
• Execute procedures for onboarding new suppliers, guide them on Safety regulations, payment procedures, etc.
• Draft contract templates for Buyer and Project Manager review.

2. Key Task 2: Responsible for purchasing a few groups of goods or services that are not too complex.

• Search for and develop suppliers.
• Collaborate with the requesting department to evaluate and select suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms in accordance with company regulations.
• Perform other necessary steps within the Purchasing role to complete tasks.

3. Key Task 3: Assist in gathering information for monthly reports and other tasks related to purchasing activities.

• Collect purchasing, receiving, and savings data to prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor and remind responsible persons regarding contracts nearing expiration to submit new price proposals for approval before expiration.
• Periodically check the prices of Direct POs randomly to ensure suppliers provide reasonable pricing without discrepancies.
• Periodically review Purchase Requests/Orders that have been pending in the system for too long to clean up.
• Carry out other tasks as directed and arranged by superiors.
