Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms
including X (Twitter), Facebook, emerging social networks.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality, engaging, and updated content that
aligns with our website brand identity and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize
engagement, reach, and conversion.
Platform Growth & Engagement
- Grow social media follower base organically and through strategic paid
campaigns.
- Foster meaningful interactions and discussions within the platform to encourage
user retention and brand loyalty.
- Implement referral and social sharing initiatives to boost engagement and drive traffic to the website.
Traffic & Referral Growth
- Leverage social channels to drive direct traffic to the website and increase
referral visits.
- Optimize content distribution strategies to capture value from social engagement
and convert it into measurable website visits.
Partnerships & Monetization
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators,
and crypto/blockchain organizations to expand brand visibility.
- Seek and negotiate monetization opportunities through sponsorships, affiliate
partnerships, and co-marketing collaborations.
- Collaborate with advertisers, content partners and other crypto projects to
enhance the revenue potential of social platforms.
Innovation & Trend Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in crypto, blockchain, Web3, and social
media marketing.
- Experiment with new content formats, tools, and engagement strategies to
maximize reach and audience retention.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, audience
demographics, and content effectiveness.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital growth strategies, preferably in the crypto or blockchain space.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, industry trends, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, image/video editing, and storytelling.
- Experience in partnership development and influencer marketing.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven social growth strategies.
- Self-motivated, highly creative, and adaptable to the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.
- Knowledge of SEO, referral marketing, and content distribution strategies is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are top priorities.
