MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:1. Receive Purchase Orders from Merchandiser Team (MD).
2. Check details base on PWN which MD update, create PI on WFX (Asmara’s system).
3. Make and send Sale Contract & Annex with Factory
4. Follow with factory for Booking Confirmation.
5. Follow with factory for Cut off time and cargoes delivery status.
6. After receiving Final Packing List, make Invoice on WFX
7. Support factory to check draft shipping docs.
8. Send Shipping Docs to Buyer & Forwarder after shipment date.
9. Update Shipping Docs on Buyer’s system.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:- Sinh viên năm 3, 4 hoặc sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành xuất nhập khẩu, quản trị kinh doanh, kinh doanh quốc tế
- Siêng năng, cẩn thận
- Có thể làm full tuần từ Thứ 2 - 6, 8:45 - 17:30. Có hỗ trợ off 1-2 buổi/ tuần theo lịch học
- Tiếng Anh tốt (2 kĩ năng nói và viết)
