Taiwan ICDF Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is open for International Students . The scholarship allows Undergraduate, Masters, PhD level program(s) in the field of All Subjects taught at International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) . The deadline of the scholarship is 15 Mar 2025.
Taiwan ICDF Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Undergraduate, Masters, PhD level programs at International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF).

Fiji, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Myanmar, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu, Vietnam, Jordan, Mongolia, Russia, Türkiye, Côte d\'Ivoire, Djibouti, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Somaliland, Tanzania, Uganda, Sénégal, Haiti, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Guatemala, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Serbia.
- Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed.
- Not hold dual citizenship with Taiwan or be an overseas compatriot student.
- Fulfill the admission requirements of the designated partner university.
- Meet the Resident Visa (Code: FS) and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) criteria set by Taiwan’s government.
- Not hold any other Taiwan government-sponsored scholarships during the same academic year.
- Have graduated from any previously held TaiwanICDF scholarships before July 31, 2024, if applicable.
- Present the highest-level diploma before July 31, 2025.
The application process involves the following steps:
- Online Application: Complete the TaiwanICDF online application form.
- University Admission: Submit the required admission documents to the partner university.
- Review by ROC Embassies: The ROC (Taiwan) Embassies conduct an initial review and recommend candidates.
- Joint Committee Assessment: Applications are evaluated by a joint recruitment committee.
- Final Selection: Successful applicants are notified and issued acceptance letters.
