Calling International applicants to apply for the 13th IAS Conference 2025 in Rwanda. It is a Fully Funded Conference Taking Place from 13th to 17th July 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda. The objective of the 13th IAS Conference is to invite people who are working, volunteering, or studying in the area of HIV. This conference will highlight the latest advancements in HIV science by African scientists. Africa will host the IAS 2025 Conference for the first time to showcase Rwanda’s evidence-based approach to the HIV/AIDS response. Applicants are welcome to apply for the IAS Conference Scholarship which will Cover Travel, Visa Costs, Accommodation, and Stipend.

The following people will be given priority:
- The Scholarship is open to all the Nationals.
- You can apply if you are 18 years old on 13 July 2025 and working, volunteering, or studying in the area of HIV.
- Researchers from low-income and lower-middle-income countries.
- Key populations and people living with HIV.
- Young researchers and early-career investigators under the age of 35
- Individuals who have not previously received an IAS Conference scholarship.
- Abstract presenters whose submissions have been selected for the conference.
