Eligible Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Ghanaian national and currently residing in Ghana.
  • Be under 30 years old at the time of application.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the chosen Master’s program.
  • Have completed National Service.
  • Applicants with a First Class or Second-Class Upper degree will receive priority consideration.
  • Demonstrate commitment to studying in France for the entire duration of the Master’s program (M1 & M2).
  • French proficiency is not required, except for students applying for a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) program.
Application Procedure

Applicants must submit a single PDF file containing the following documents:

  • Copy of International Passport (valid for at least two years)
  • Recommendation Letter from the applicant’s university (optional but recommended)
  • Completed Application Form (Download: Application-Form-2025-2026)
  • Cover Letter (1 page) explaining motivation and career goals
  • Full Undergraduate Transcript (in one or two documents)
  • Admission Letter from a French university for a Master’s program
  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (max. 3 pages)
  • Financial Documents (scholarship certificates, pay slips, or bank statements from students or parents)
